I can’t stand the thought summer is almost over! This morning as i rolled out of bed,i wondered…is it really as cold as i think or am I sick? It was COLD! Thank goodness I wasn’t sick! I am sure going to miss the lake.

In about a week,i will send the kids off to school.Before i know it,it will be dark outside around 5:00,and UGH the wind,chills,snow,and mud will take over.I used to love winter. But i am loving warm weather more!

For now i will think about the sunshine and being warm,to hang on to EVERY last bit of summer that is left as long as I can.

Next year i hope to do Allot more. I am feeling so much better every year that passes since we found out about my thyroid problem and I started taking the meds. There is so much i look forward to doing. And it couldn’t be more important! Four years ago,I was very,very ill,not many people knew how bad it actually was.My body temp was 94.6… I lost my balance,could not climb stairs,could not read,or focus,could not remember anything,had the worst headaches ever,I could not feel hungry or thirsty,and slept all the time. (My Doctor,after reading the thyroid results,couldn’t understand how I was not in a coma.)

People i think were a little worried about my pregnancies,one right after another. I have to say,when I was pregnant,I felt the best.It wasn’t but this past pregnancy when I mentioned to the Doctor how weird it was,that I felt so good being that I had a thyroid problem,that I found out it was the extra hormones helping me recover,as weird as it sounds. (No I am not Pregnant again! I actually am enjoying not being pregnant for the time being and I am way to busy to think about it at this point.I need to focus more on God and my family and doing what I can to get through this system of things!)

September 3rd will be our fifth Wedding Anniversary and I thank Mark all the time for taking care of me.He is the best thing that has ever happened to me!

My parents have a mini Paradise in their yard..thats what i think every time i walk through it.We took the kids there the other day to pick berries and play.

Sienna was showing us where she thought all the berries were.

Alaina couldn’t get enough! She was a berry monster eating machine!

the kids were trying to find apples on the tree…Carter picked one to see if Alaina would like it.I am shocked she did because they weren’t quite ripe,very sour.

Can you see Sienna is finally growing some hair? Yipee! I can start to break out the hair bows!

 We love to take walks all the time when it is summer,and now it is FINALLY starting to feel like summer! We went to a conservation center near our home and took an entire evening walking through the woods.

This place also teaches about conservation….also they have a composting section..I thought these different methods were quite interesting,i was a compost girl when i was younger! My Dad would have me take the leftover food that was waste each day and run it to the compost pile we had wayyyy down back of our house…(I did NOT enjoy this chore,and sometimes to make it more fun,i would run it down to the pile in the winter barefoot,to see how fast i could go.)

He would use the pile each spring for his gardens to fertilize them. these are some different methods they have on display at the center.

 The kids weren’t waiting for me to read them,so i snapped quick pictures and figured i would read them later,before they lost me in the woods!

Sarah and TJ met us there with their kids and we took them all for a nice walk…we also let our turtle go that we have had for three years. he was getting too big for the tank and i noticed some of my fish disappearing!

I have NEVER seen this little guy move soooo fast! He was so happy to be free in open waters!!

I used to run these trails all the time when i was a kid. It was nice to bring my kids to the same place.

Mark climbed all the way up this fallen tree,I chased him up there and his sister Sarah got some pictures of us up there,i wonder how they turned out?

 Guess who turns 9 months on the 15th!

And she eats everything!

 I first want to apoligize for Being MIA for a while,summer time is busy.

I thought i would put some pictures on of Lauras graduation party…despite Jonathans fever coming back,we have been doing well here…Alaina and her teething doesn’t count.(4 on top and 2 on bottom)

Right now i am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Laura and Carter who have been visiting with their father this past month…they should be here any minute! YAYYYYY! I cannot wait to see them!
