Summer
If we are not at the Lake...we are at the creek!
Alaina thinks rocks that have water all around them are boats! So cute.
Anthony likes to TASTE all the rocks.. and could probably sit in the water all day and keep himself occupied.
Jonathan swims like a fish
Carter collects just about EVERYTHING he finds thats "cool". Not only do I pull stones from his pockets, but I am now pulling them from MY pockets as well when his are full he gives them to me. I have a basket next to the washer where i throw them when I find them...sometimes they stay in the bottom of the washer for a couple loads.
Carter walks around and anything "cool" he finds, he brings to me...for example,
SCUM from the top of the water..(he said they were "cool bubbles")
CLAY he dug up from down the stream...
A "cool" stone that had swirly ridges...
A "cool" fossil..which now sits along side our driveway along with BIGGER ones he loaded in the car.
He inspects EVERYTHING and shows everyone...he does remind me of myself when I was his age!
He had some really neat finds! He never did find the thing he was and is still searching for..(arrow heads) which is also what I looked for at his age..and ...eh em still do
. My sister was there also and Emelia was swimming too, but you can't tell right?
We played games with friends and had a lot of fun.This particular sequence of photos cracks me up every time i look at them, I will let it explain itself!

I just sat down from Bathing the baby because he got into a pot of dirt outside...
While I was bathing him Carter brought in a frog he found and thought he would wash it with the baby
So now I have a clean Baby and a clean FROG.
