A bit of spring cleaning….

Every toy in the house in one spot (which really is not EVERY toy, 2 bins in the boys room and 2 bins downstairs)

It’s just the start …

And I am a bit overwhelmed.

I am not even halfway done

and already 1 big bag of garbage!

I have been avoiding this for years!

(for a reason…a very good reason, I can’t quite think of what it is right now, but I know there is one!)

It will be one year on March 4th that Laura has the first of three strokes.

 I am loving the “winter” we are having and don’t mind if we supposedly have 6 more weeks of it! Haha, i was reading how many times the ground hog was right and it has only been 16 times. Hmm what does that say? 

 I have plenty of appointments lately that have kept me busy, and away from my blog.

 Today was a sort of slow day… I left at 9:45 to be at the school by 10 for a meeting with Lauras coordinator for her schooling. If the doctor approves it, she will start half days later this month.
 
  I made a quick trip to town to get rabbit food and wash the car.

 I am home now and feeling yucky..I curled up in bed for an hour, freezing. Mark woke me up after what had felt like only 5 minutes so he could leave for work. i am all bundled up and just finished my large glass of apple cider vinegar and water, hoping that will help whatever I am fighting off. Waiting for the kids to get home from school, and have the two little ones here climbing on me.

 We met with Make a Wish for Laura. She chose Atlantis. This requires flying, and I am trying not to think about it too much! Hoping there is something I can take that will calm me when the time comes.

 
This video shows how well she was doing the day before the second stroke. If we only knew. I want to go back so badly and change things. she is moving her fingers in this video and everything. She is still not able to do what she was doing here. Not YET that is!
 
I have been very tired lately, sore throat and neck aches. This mom needs some serious R&R.

Laura is at a friends house until tomorrow. Carter is at his Grandmas house. I have 4 little ones home with me. Because school is out, I have just been taking advantage of no routine around here. A little crazy at times, but worth the extra hours I sleep in! (well TRY to)

The was taken 2 days before the second stroke,when she was transferred to rehab at Childrens Hospital of New Orleans. She is meeting with , and being evaluated by Dr. Tilton.
